Medex was founded in Istanbul in 2013 as a site management organisation, placing research coordinators and study nurses in hospitals. A full-service CRO followed in 2022, then the dental division with its own software. Companies were registered in the United States and the United Arab Emirates in 2025, and in Switzerland and Germany in 2026.
What holds it together is one idea: generate the clinical evidence, open the market and equip the clinic, for medicines and medical devices, from Türkiye outward.

Chemistry graduate of Boğaziçi University. Founded Medex in Istanbul in 2013 as a site management organisation and grew it into today’s group: the full-service CRO in 2022, the dental division with its own software, and companies in New York, Dubai, Basel and Köln since 2025. Leads Medex SMO, the site network Medex started with in 2013: the placement of research coordinators and study nurses in hospitals across Türkiye, the recruitment and training of the field teams, and the daily cooperation with investigators and hospital administrations. Works with Medex CRO under the separation of duties defined for each study.
Runs the group day to day: the operating companies in Türkiye, their teams and budgets, and the coordination with the companies in Germany, Switzerland, the United States and the United Arab Emirates. Responsible for the ISO 9001-based quality management system and the sponsors’ counterpart in contracts, audits and inspections.
Medical and scientific oversight of the group’s clinical research: medical review of protocols and feasibilities, medical monitoring during the study, assessment of safety data and medical input to ethics committee and TİTCK submissions. Supports Good Clinical Practice training for site and monitoring teams and represents Medex in scientific and partner meetings.
Day-to-day conduct of the clinical studies across the sites: study start-up and site initiation, monitoring visits, timelines and recruitment, close-out. Coordinates the site teams and keeps the sponsor informed. Erciyes University graduate; previously clinical research project manager at Medex CRO, with earlier clinical research roles at MonitorCRO and IQVIA.
Leads the home health care division of Medisol CTS in Ankara, which brings study visits to the participant’s home: protocol-compliant nursing visits, biological sample collection, vital signs monitoring, support with investigational product administration and integrated cold-chain management. Coordinates home visits with the site teams and the study plan.
Dental management and digital product lead. Leads Medex Dental, its implant and biomaterial portfolio (Mode, Botticelli, BoneArtis), training and the Çağdent clinic in Ankara, and develops the group’s software: AIDA for clinics, LabPortal for laboratories, Implapedia and MedexSupply.
